Adipose fats are energy storage mechanism of our body, it is related with the receptor leptin; which controls hunger in our brains; something like a level control. You can increase lean muscle mass by proper exercise and nutrition regime which is being recommended by TR90 programme. However, overselling it as a fat converter is simply very wrong. Adipose fats will be converted to free fatty acids to be transported to our liver to be converted to glucogen, the glucogen will then give the cells the energy they need to function. The overall synthesis of fats, increases metabolism and as a result you will definitely lose fats and not muscles. Without exercise, the body does not lose the extra fats, and some enzymes beneficial to health are not optimally produced. HEAVY physical exercise is also to be avoided because in this case, the body needs more than average nutrients.<br /><br />3. As it is, the foods today lack nutrients the body needs. As a minimum, the use of supplementation is recommended, but be picky when it comes to brand. Gotta have science behind. Why supplementation? The foods today are not the same as the food from decades ago.
